                            LowVideo procedure

  DECLARATION:  LowVideo

      PURPOSE:  Selects low intensity characters (colors 0..7)

         UNIT:  CRT

      REMARKS:  LowVideo clears the high intensity bit in TextAttr so that
                it remaps the colors  8-15 onto colors 0-7.  This forces the
                characters to be displayed at normal intensity.
